Redcare security products

Redcare Classic works on a BT telephone line. Redcare classic is a single path alarm signaling method with added security of continuously checking that the phone line is working and will alert the alarm receiving centre if there is any line fault. Redcare classic is ideal for commercial alarms and house alarms in high value residential properties.

Redcare GSM also requires a BT telephone line. Redcare GSM provides the highest level of protection via its dual path signaling; telephone line and GSM radio path to deliver alarm signaling to the alarm receiving centre. The dual signaling path are constantly polled to verify that the communication links are working. Redcare GSM is an ideal signaling method for a grade 3 or grade 4 security alarm system in high security commercial premises or high value residential properties where the risks of alarm signaling failures are greater.

Redcare Secure is a dual path signaling which comprises three variants; Secure 2, Secure 3 and Secure IP. Redcare secure offers a cost efficient alarm signaling choice to customers with the ability to move between the three levels of protection if their risk requirements or technology change.

Redcare Agile works on any telephone land line, unlike Redcare classic or Redcare GSM which are confined to BT telephone line. Redcare agile provides dual path signaling via GPRS with PSTN (land line) backup which makes it an ideal cost effective alarm signaling upgrade to digital communicator. Redcare agile is ideal for relatively low risks commercial or residential premises with Grade 2 risk requirements.

How to get Redcare?

You need a BT land line in order to get Redcare classic, Redcare GSM and Redcare secure installed in yourhome or business premises. Redcare agile does not require a BT land line.
Your Redcare system should preferably be installed by an approved alarm installer who should be a member of a recognised security inspectorate, such as National Security Inspectorate(NSI) or SSAIB.
Your Redcare installer should be able to supply you a complete quote for Redcare, including installation, remote monitoring and maintenance.
